Curry pork with mango

  • 1 kilo of pork into small pieces
  • 1 onion
  • 2 mangos
  • 200 ml of broth
  • 100 ml of cream or coconut cream
  • a bunch of cilantro
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry paste or curry powder


  1. Chop the meat into small pieces. Cut the mangoes into small cubes. Reserve.
  2. In a large skillet, heat half the oil and saute the meat nicely browned caring. Add salt and pepper. Remove meat from pan and reserve.
  3. In the same pan put the remaining oil and saute the onions over medium heat until transparent.
  4. Add the curry paste and mix well.
  5. Return the meat to the pan and mix.
  6. Add the mangoes and take a few laps.
  7. Then add the broth and cream and salt if necessary
  8. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.
  9. Serve hot with white rice and fresh mango cubes.
