Granola with mango, lychees and yoghurt

Mangoes are one of the fruits with more antioxidants and vitamins. Granola with mango is a healthy and tasty recipe for your mornings.

With or without lychees  it will become one of your easy and complete breakfasts.

  • 2 Greek style yogurts
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • a handful of pecans
  • a handful of hazelnuts
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 4 litchis
  • 1 tablespoon grated coconut


  1. Mix in a bowl yogurt with grated coconut. Sweeten with a little honey. Set aside.

2.   Clean lychees and mangoes and cut into small pieces.

3.   In a mortar mix hazelnuts, walnuts and granola, leaving some in big pieces.

4.   Use glasses to layer the ingredients: place a layer of litchis. Add a layer of chopped mangoes. Follow with a layer of yogurt and finish with granola. Put a hazelnut or walnut over the glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.


Add a bit of black chopped chocolate to the granola and travel directly to heaven.
